Folk & Costume Museum based at Saumarez Park, Castel.  A National Trust of Guernsey "must see".  The recently expanded Museum has developed into a highly acclaimed collection of costumes, implements and artefacts dating from the 17th Century to the current day.  A Trust shop is now based at the Folk & Costume Museum.

The Victorian Shop and Parlour at 26 Cornet Street, St. Peter Port is full of quaint and authentic detail of the Victorian period.  This house and shop occupy a building of outstanding quality and historic interest.  The Shop sells many locally made goods, such as Guernsey Lavender bags and cushions, greetings cards and lemon marmalade.

The Barn at Les Caches Farm, Les Villets, Forest has been sensitively restored by The National Trust of Guernsey to show traditional Guernsey building methods and give a sense of the fabric of life in the 19th Century.  The Farm has been restored and is leased for private occupancy.  The Barn is available for visits at published times during the year and by prior appointment.

A self-guided tour of National Trust of Guernsey Properties and Lands can easily be incorporated into Walks, long or short.
